            High Pressure Dewatering Hoses:
Custom designed to assist with mine dewatering where the constant movement of pumps and surface equipment makes rigid and semi-rigid piping a problem. Being totally lay-flat, this product is lightweight and easy to handle.

Due to its flexibility and
construction is ideal in sub-zero conditions where freezing conditions can cause
splitting and handling problems to rigid pipes. Due to its roll-flat nature, Hoses
can be packaged on spools and shipped very efficiently.

A fire hose (or firehose) is a high-pressure hose that carries water or other fire retardant (such as foam) to a fire to extinguish it. Outdoors, it attaches either to a fire engine or a fire hydrant. Indoors, it can permanently attach to a building's standpipe or plumbing system.
The usual working pressure of a firehose can vary between 8 and 20 bar (800 and 2,000 kPa; 116 and 290 psi) while per the NFPA 1961 Fire Hose Standard, its bursting pressure is in excess of 110 bar, (11,000kPa; 1600psi)[1]
After use, a fire hose is usually hung to dry, because standing water that remains in a hose for a long time can deteriorate the material and render it unreliable or unusable. Therefore, the typical fire station often has a high structure to accommodate the length of a hose for such preventative maintenance, known as a Hose tower.
POLYESTER SINGLE JACKET HOSE :
Purpose-built for above- and below-ground mining operations, 5M mine hose is a polyester single jacket hose with a neoprene rubber liner that resists burning inherently better than hydrocarbon rubber. This hybrid design has earned 5M the Mine Safety & Health Administration (MSHA) Approval #2G-15/1 for use in mines along with non-sparking brass couplings. The hose features an ultra-tight weave that helps prevent abrasion associated with the rigors of the mine environment, and also prevents kinking as is found with inexpensive hoses.
• Ultra-tough. Designed to resist burning with polyester single jacket neoprene rubber lining and rubber backing; tighter weave promotes greater abrasion resistance.
• Powerful. Operates to a maximum operating pressure of 270 psi (1861.58 kPa).
• Hard-working. Performs at temperature range -40° to 150°F (-40° to 65°C).
